We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. Each order is inspected by our horticulturalists before being shipped via climate-controlled logistics to minimize stress.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant shows signs of significant damage or poor health upon arrival, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery thrive.
How long does delivery typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We process orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend, ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible.
Are your pots and accessories included with the plants?
Plants are shipped in their nursery pots unless you select one of our premium ceramic or terracotta planters at checkout. The product description will always specify what is included in your purchase.
